It's an easy to use, low cost movie editor. You don't need any special skills or classes to use the software. Great for editing home videos, dash cam videos, etc. Unless you are into big productions I don't see why the average person would require anything more than this has to offer. Has lots of effects to choose from, and super easy to crop and add clips, and music.
